Verticals

Decision Core across industries.

The same runtime - models, envelope, policy, human approval, channels - applied to three domains where decision quality has direct operational consequences: agro, fraud, and customer support.

Three verticals. One platform.

Decision Core in practice.

Primary vertical

Agro - decision management for the field

For cooperatives, large farms, agtechs, and agronomists who need to orchestrate pest risk, irrigation, VRA, harvest planning, and yield forecast decisions - with IoT connectivity, drone command via D2P, and a bilingual Suri assistant - all governed plot by plot.

  • 5 production decision models: , , , ,
  • IoT device catalog: soil moisture, weather stations, NDVI sensors, GPS - DeviceProfile + shadow state per device
  • D2P protocol: secure encrypted protocol - decisions reach the drone, pivot, or sprayer, not just the inbox
  • Suri bilingual: native agronomy skills in Portuguese and English - available in WhatsApp, admin chat, and on this site
  • Compliance engine: digital prescription + field log + chain hash. LGPD-ready. Audit trail per tenant.

Financial services

Fraud - real-time transaction scoring

Binary fraud classification for financial transactions. The same decision record that governs agro decisions wraps every fraud call - inputs, model output, policy application, and the audit receipt - in a single immutable chain.

  • Task ID: - binary classification across 8 features per transaction
  • Real-time inference at the transaction boundary, not in batch
  • Complete decision record per call - full policy trace and audit receipt included
  • human approval integration for high-value or borderline transactions - human review with structured context
  • Multi-tenant isolation - each financial institution in its own tenant context
8 features
Customer operations

Customer support - routing, urgency, classification

Three coordinated models for customer support operations: route the ticket to the right queue, score urgency, classify the category. The same platform governs all three as a single aggregated prediction with a shared policy trace.

  • Queue routing () - assigns each ticket to the right team based on content and context
  • Urgency scoring () - flags escalation candidates before human triage
  • Category classification () - structured label for downstream workflows
  • Aggregated endpoint: POST /v1/predict-support-request returns all three in one call
  • Suri handles first-response and deflection - same agent runtime as agro, same human approval integration
3 coordinated models single endpoint
Platform advantage

Why the same platform for every vertical.

Building a separate decision system for each domain is the default approach. It is also the expensive one. Each system accumulates its own governance gap: different audit formats, different approval flows, different observability stacks, different tenant isolation strategies. When the business asks "what decisions did we make in Q3 across fraud and support?" the answer requires merging three incompatible data models.

Decision Core eliminates that cost by applying one governance contract - the decision record - across every domain. A fraud call and a pest risk call produce the same complete decision record. An agronomist approving a drone mission and a reviewer approving a borderline transaction both go through the same human approval queue with the same SLA, the same circuit breakers, and the same audit trail. The platform absorbs the compliance complexity once; every vertical benefits automatically. When a new domain is added, the envelope, the policy engine, the human approval integration, and the observability stack are already in place.

One platform. Every domain governed.

Agro. Fraud. Customer support. Same decision contract. Same governance. Same audit trail.
