5 decision models
Pest risk, irrigation, variable-rate application, harvest planning, and yield forecast. All in production today.
Because a wrong spray call at the wrong time costs the season. We build the platform that makes every agronomy decision traceable, governed, and executable - plot by plot.
A large farm makes hundreds of operational calls every week: when to irrigate, which plots to prioritize for spraying, how to stage the harvest. Most live in spreadsheets, WhatsApp threads, and individual expertise: disconnected from the data that should inform them, and invisible to the audit trail regulators increasingly require.
The problem isn't missing data. It's the missing runtime, the layer that connects data to a decision, a decision to a policy, a policy to a field action, and that action back to an audit trail. Today, every farm, cooperative, and agtech builds that integration from scratch.
DAOR is that runtime.
Pest risk, irrigation, variable-rate application, harvest planning, and yield forecast. All in production today.
Every prediction tied to its inputs, its policy trace, its human approval, and its field receipt.
Carries commands from a decision to a drone or pivot over a secure, audited channel.
A conversational agent that speaks agronomy, in Portuguese and English.
These are not aspirational statements. They are constraints we apply when the platform is designed, when a feature ships, and when we evaluate whether something belongs in the product.
The platform absorbs orchestration complexity on behalf of the user. If a grower sees raw workflow topology or decision pipeline configuration, the product has failed. We take that complexity in, not out.
Every AI-driven output - prediction, agent action, field command - is traceable from result back to inputs. Enterprise buyers need to explain decisions to regulators. The platform makes that possible without extra effort.
Users must understand what will happen before committing. Preview states, dry-run capability, and clear impact indicators are part of every flow - not added later as features.
Agro has its own mental model. "Talhão", "safra", "receituário" are first-class terms, not translations of generic software concepts. The platform adapts terminology and defaults to the vertical without fragmenting the core.
Show only what is needed at each decision point. Advanced configuration - policy sets, agent bindings, tool budgets - lives behind intentional gates, not in the default path. Reveal depth when the user asks for it.
Every inter-service call has a defined failure mode. When the explanation layer is unavailable, the base decision still serves. When human approval is unreachable, the action holds and doesn't advance silently. Circuit breakers, not optimistic retries. Every failure is observable and recoverable.
We work directly with cooperatives, large farms, and agtechs to co-design the flows, task specs, and integrations that matter for their operation. Design partners get early access to new models and protocols, direct input into the product roadmap, and a dedicated engineering contact during onboarding.
We don't work with everyone. Design partners are organizations running real operations where decision quality has measurable consequences. If that is you, we want to talk.
