The platform

Decision Core - the platform beneath every vertical.

Decision Core is the single runtime that connects data to decisions, decisions to policies, policies to field actions, and field actions to audit trails. One platform. Every domain.

What Decision Core is

Not a dashboard. Not a model API. A decision runtime.

Most organizations that want to act on DAOR Intelligence predictions face the same problem: the model gives a score, but nothing connects that score to an approval, an action, a notification, and a record. Teams wire these steps together manually - with spreadsheets, emails, and one-off scripts - and the connection breaks whenever the operation changes.

Decision Core is the runtime that makes the connection permanent. When a pest risk model returns a HIGH score, the platform constructs a decision record that records the inputs, the model version, the policy applied, the human approval (if required), and the field action executed. Every downstream system - the drone dispatcher, the notification channel, the compliance log - reads from the same record. No reconstruction. No manual linkage.

The platform is multi-tenant by design. Every query, every event, every log entry carries a tenant scope. A cooperative running 40 associate farms gets complete operational isolation between members without any additional configuration. Agtechs embedding Decision Core via API get the same isolation across their customer base.

What's inside

Four pillars. One runtime.

Decision Core is composed of four tightly integrated capabilities. Each one can be evaluated independently; together they form a complete decision operating system.

Pillar 01

Models

Five production decision models with multiple performance tiers based on data volume. DAOR Intelligence for low-confidence predictions.

Pillar 02

decision record

A complete decision record that ties every prediction to its inputs, policy trace, human approval, field action, and audit receipt. Every call produces a complete, immutable chain. Auditors read the record; they don't reconstruct it.

Pillar 03

Tool Gateway

Policy-enforced tool invocation with budget tracking and human approval integration. Agents request actions through the gateway; the gateway evaluates policy before execution. No action leaves the platform without a policy evaluation.

Pillar 04

Channels

Multi-channel delivery: WhatsApp, Telegram, SMS, admin chat, and the D2P protocol for field equipment. Suri, the conversational agent, operates across all channels in pt-BR and EN natively.

Built for enterprises

Multi-tenant from day one. Not bolted on.

Tenant isolation is enforced at every layer - not as a permission filter on top of shared data, but as a structural property of the runtime.

  • Every API call resolves a tenant from the key header. Global key resolves to a default tenant. Tenant-scoped key resolves directly. No cross-tenant data ever visible in the same call.
  • Every database query, cache entry, event, and log record carries a tenant_id. Cross-tenant access returns 404 - not 403. The tenant boundary is opaque, not just restricted.
  • All observability data is scoped per organization. Telemetry never leaks across tenants.
  • Cooperative and agtech use cases: each member or customer runs in their own isolated context. One platform deployment, complete operational separation.

One platform. Every decision governed.
