The challenge

Models predict. They don't decide on the field.

Every cooperative running AI hits the same wall: dozens of models, no unified decision layer, no traceability when someone asks why the pivot was triggered last Tuesday.

Disconnected alerts

Pest, irrigation, and weather models live in three different tools. No one sees the full picture.

Decisions that don't reach the field

Spreadsheet → email → spray crew. Lost in translation.

No audit trail per talhão

Receituário on paper, caderno in WhatsApp. Compliance pays the price.

What DAOR does

What DAOR does for agro operations

Orchestrate

Five decision models - pest, irrigation, VRA, harvest, yield - in one unified runtime. DAOR Intelligence where confidence is low.

Govern

Every output comes with a five-layer envelope: data, DAOR Intelligence reasoning, policy applied, action taken, audit trail. Plot-level traceability.

Execute

From score to pivot, drone, or notification - through a governed tool gateway with human approval where the field changes. Secure ingest, real-time and on-demand. Works with your gear.

Output: IRRIGATE · human approval pending - VRI zone map attached

Variable-rate application

N rate (kg/ha) per zone, using NDVI/NDRE and soil variability.

15 features human approval required for drone spray
Top inputs: NDVI (0.58), NDRE (0.34), soil_ec (avg 42 mS/m), zone_area_ha, crop_stage (V6), yield_history_3yr

Output: 180 kg/ha zone A · 140 kg/ha zone B - human approval required (drone)

Harvest planning

Ready / wait / hold for market. Reads grain moisture, fleet capacity, market pressure.

15 features
Top inputs: grain_moisture (13.2%), rain_7d_forecast (8mm), fleet_available (3 harvesters), market_basis (-0.12), crop_stage (R7), storage_capacity_pct (68%)

Output: HARVEST IN 8 DAYS - window opens Thu

Yield forecast

Yield bin early-cycle for commercial and operational decisions.

58 features DAOR Intelligence
Top inputs: historical_yield_3yr (avg 58 sc/ha), NDVI_season_avg (0.71), rainfall_season (820mm), ET0_season, soil_type, sowing_date_offset_days, variety_coefficient, 53 additional features

Output: ABOVE AVERAGE · 62–68 sc/ha - confidence 0.79 · DAOR Intelligence invoked for low-confidence plots

IoT & devices

Sensors in the field, connected by design.

DeviceProfile + Shadow + end-to-end traceability. Soil, weather, GPS sensors - speaking one protocol.

  • DeviceProfile catalog: soil moisture (capacitive), weather station (T, RH, rain, wind, radiation), GPS, battery

Suri

The operation in conversation. In Portuguese or English.

Suri is the assistant that speaks agronomy. Ask about the plot, irrigation, pests, or harvest - she explains the decision and prepares approvals, never executing on her own.

  • Native skills for pest, irrigation, VRA, harvest, and yield
  • Speaks Portuguese natively - talhão, safra, receituário
  • Built-in approval flow: suggests, never executes without human approval
  • Available on WhatsApp, admin chat, and this page
Compliance

Compliance is a property, not a phase

Digital receituário

Prescription generation per Brazil's Resolução 1.149: agronomist (name, CREA + UF), commercial product validated against the MAPA/AGROFIT cache, dose, safety and re-entry intervals. Atomic sequential numbering per agronomist/year with SHA-256 hash chain for integrity.

Caderno de campo

Append-only entries by date, plot, applicator, inputs, and weather conditions. Auto-link to the issued prescription, SHA-256 chain, and CSV export for regulator submission.

Built for LGPD. Audit trail per tenant. Zero PII in logs.

Run hundreds of operational decisions across dozens of associate farms with a single governance layer, tenant-isolated per member.

→ Audit trail by farm, plot, season.

Large farms (5,000+ ha)

Turn dozens of disconnected tools into one decision flow - from weather to pivot, from NDVI to sprayer.

→ Decisions reach the equipment, not just the email.

Agtechs & ISVs

Embed Decision Core via API. 5 production-ready models, your branding, your customer experience.

→ Multi-tenant, observable, real-time API.

Agronomists & advisors

Conversational scouting and prescription. Ask Suri in Portuguese - "How is plot 5?" - get the answer with the decision path.

→ WhatsApp + admin + audit trail to CREA.

FAQ

Common questions

Does DAOR replace my current agro software?
No. DAOR is the decision layer. It reads from your current system (weather, sensors, farm ERP) and returns governed decisions with audit. Your existing tools keep running.
Do I need to approve every decision?
No. You set policy per model. Pest and yield can be autonomous. VRA and VRI pass through human approval by default. You control the threshold per model, per farm.
What data do you need to get started?
Plots in GeoJSON, basic weather history, and (ideally) NDVI. The rest is incremental - sensors and equipment connect via DeviceProfile. You don't need a complete data lake on day one.
Does it work on WhatsApp?
Yes. Suri replies via the Channel BFF. Human approval notifications also travel through it. You can approve or reject a decision directly from WhatsApp.
Does it work offline in the field?
The decision layer is online today. Field App (offline-capable PWA) is on the roadmap. Suri also works through WhatsApp when data connectivity is limited.
How does it integrate with my drones, pivots, and sensors?
Via DeviceProfile (sensors) and Tool Gateway adapters (drones, pivots). Custom adapter interface lets you connect to your hardware. Named brand integrations are on the roadmap.
How does DAOR handle LGPD?
Audit trail per tenant, zero PII in logs, configurable retention. Right-to-erasure is supported by architecture. Each organization's data is isolated at every layer: API, database, cache, and observability.
